"It is fun and enjoyable for you to grow your business and life."
Positioning: Part III It takes Spirit- Enhancing Action
How do you know what to include in the deal? Determine what Spirit-Enhancing Results are important. A deal needs to be exciting and allow each party's business and life to grow. Then think of ways your service and/or product can be used to generate results. A deal is more meaningful if you can make it creative and add an element of reward tied to specific results. Keep in mind that each party needs to make a contribution to the deal. It could be in the form of information, access, advice, and/or money. Without the efforts of both parties, the deal, even if made, will not achieve the best results. Both parties should note what makes the opportunity unique, the actions taken, and the results. Retain this information to increase your knowledge base and portfolio. Even if it's a standard project you've done for thousands of customers. identify the growth it creates. If there's no growth, you might want to rethink the deal. Use the results to attract the attention of the marketplace. Four questions each party should ask when stepping through the deal. Simply continue asking these four questions as the deal becomes finalized. The structure works, and will help you to think of growth-oriented ways to increase the spirit of each party. Let me know what effect this makes in your business and life. Your feedback
