"Let life in for maximum enjoyment."   -Raj Gavurla
Lessons Learned From The Miami Heat, 2006 NBA Champions Motivation - All year long for the Heat, it was about their slogan, "15 Strong", and then, for added motivation, it was about what was covered in the urn placed in the middle of the locker room. Both brought unity. Winning - Management met with Shaq to encourage him to always stay positive. Regardless of what happened off the court and on, each teammate turned a negative into a positive. How, by acknowledging it via professional communication and helping each other (no complaining) excel to a New Best Level. This and inspiring play earned them the NBA Championship. Especially, timely blocks from Alonzo Mourning when the game was in balance. Growth - Winning the NBA Championship brings fulfillment of career aspirations for the players, coaches, fans, and more money (increase in pay, more products are sold). Gary Payton and Alonzo Mourning have NBA rings, Shaq has another ring, Jason Williams became one of the best NBA point guards, and Duane Wade led his team to the championship in his third year in the NBA! Spectacular! So, how about your team? Pick a meaningful slogan, help each other, and grow to your New Best Level. Your feedback is welcomed. Let me know what effect this makes in your business and life.
